Common questions

How do I log food?

Just tell Ember what you ate in the chat — for example, “two eggs and toast” or “a Krispy Kreme glazed donut.” Ember estimates the calories and macros, logs the entry, and shows where you stand for the day.

What's included with Ember Pro?

Calorie tracking, step counts, and sleep are free for everyone. Ember Pro unlocks the full nutrition picture — your macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) plus fiber, sugar, and sodium detail.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from inside the app. Ember signs you out immediately and permanently deletes your data after 72 hours. Signing back in with the same email during that window restores your account.

Is Ember a substitute for medical advice?

No. Ember is a coaching tool, not a medical service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
