Your privacy
The short version:
- Your conversations, food logs, workouts, and profile belong to you.
- Ember uses your data to coach you — that's what you signed up for — not to sell to third parties.
- The full details live in the privacy policy and terms of service.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account yourself from Settings on iPhone or web — no support ticket needed. You're signed out immediately, and after a 72-hour grace window (sign back in to undo) everything is permanently deleted. Full details: Account & data.
If you subscribed to Ember Pro, remember to also cancel the subscription in your Apple settings — deleting the app or the account doesn't stop an active App Store subscription.
