Ember tracks your training alongside your nutrition, so your coach sees the whole picture — what you ate and what you lifted.

Routines

Build workout routines — your push day, leg day, 5x5 — from Ember's exercise catalogue, by hand or by asking your coach. Routines are templates: start a session from one and your planned exercises and sets are ready to go. More in Building routines.

Live workout tracking (iPhone)

On iPhone, start a workout and log your sets in real time while you train:

  • Log weight and reps set by set.
  • Rest timers between sets.
  • Your history for each exercise is right there, so you know what you lifted last time.

History and stats

Every completed workout is saved. Review past sessions, see per-exercise stats and progress over time, and manage your routines — on iPhone or on the web.

Your coach knows your training

Recent workouts feed into your coaching conversations. Ask "what should I eat after today's session?" or "how's my squat progressing?" and Ember answers from your actual training history.
