Ember Pro

Ember Pro is the subscription that unlocks the full Ember experience, with higher usage limits for coaching conversations and access to Ember's most capable AI.

Subscribing

Ember Pro is available in the iPhone app as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), and new subscriptions start with a free trial so you can try everything before you're charged. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.

The web app doesn't sell subscriptions — if you use Ember on the web, subscribe from the iPhone app and your Pro status applies everywhere you sign in.

Managing your subscription

Your subscription is handled by the App Store, so you manage it the same way as any other Apple subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions.
2. Select Ember.
3. Change your plan, or Cancel Subscription.

Canceling stops the auto-renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of your trial). Your data is never affected by subscription changes — everything you've logged stays yours.

Billing questions

Charges, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple. For refund requests, use Apple's refund page. For anything else, contact support.
