Ember is an AI-powered nutrition and fitness coach. Instead of filling out forms and searching food databases, you just tell Ember what you ate — like texting a knowledgeable trainer — and it handles the logging, the math, and the guidance.

Say "I had two eggs and toast for breakfast" and Ember logs it, works out the calories and macros, and tells you how the rest of your day looks. Ask "what should I eat for dinner?" and it suggests something that fits your remaining targets and your preferences.

What Ember can do​

  • Log food through conversation — describe your meal in plain language, or attach a photo. Ember estimates portions and macros, and looks up exact nutrition facts for branded and restaurant items.
  • Track your day — a nutrition dashboard shows your calorie progress, protein/carbs/fat versus your targets, and everything you've logged.
  • Coach your training — track workouts, follow routines, and review your history and exercise stats. On iPhone, log sets in real time during your session with rest timers.
  • Learn you over time — Ember remembers your dietary preferences, allergies, goals, and how you like to communicate.

Getting started​

  1. Download Ember for iPhone from the App Store — iOS is the full Ember experience, including onboarding, live workout tracking, and Ember Pro.
  2. Answer the setup questions. Ember uses your stats, activity level, and goals to set daily calorie and macro targets.
  3. Start chatting. Tell Ember what you ate today. That's it — there's nothing else to learn.

You can also use Ember on the web at emberfitness.app — chat with your coach, review your nutrition, and manage workouts from a browser. A few things stay iPhone-only: see the platform comparison.
